The freshly squeezed Certified Organic ginger at approximately 3% by volume is far more than in any other commercially available ginger beer. The ginger's therapeutic benefits are greatly accentuated by the action of 'Grander' energised water.
For full positive benefits in Red Dragon Inn organic ginger beer please release gas pressure from the bottle then shake all the white ginger solids from the bottom of the bottle before drinking.
The gas pressure in Red Dragon Inn organic ginger beer is a result of natural fermentation, i.e. as by product of yeast feeding on the sugar.The gas is produced in bottle, and as the drink is 'living' and the yeast action is only slowed down by refrigeration, there will be variations in the carbonation or fizziness of individual batches.
As it is 'living' and keeps on brewing in the bottle Red Dragon Inn Organic Ginger Beer needs to be bottled in plastic bottles for safety as they have some 'give' in them and to be stored under 4 deg C.
If you like your ginger beer fizzier than it is; just leave at room temp for a day or two to brew up some more . If the bottle feels tight - it is fizzy. Beware opening !

- LEMON JUICE
RED DRAGON INN uses freshly squeezed Certified Organic lemon juice in its Organic Ginger Beer to balance flavour and acidity. It does not use 'natural' lemon flavours like some beverage manufacturers. Lemon juice is high in vitamin C and has strong antioxidant properties. - SUGAR
Red Dragon Inn uses Certified Organic sugar. Sugar is necessary for the yeast to eat as well as suppling sweetness, for which the minimum necessary is used. - YEAST

Red Dragon Inn uses 'Grander' water in all drinks including at Sunday markets in Northern Rivers. The water in our commercial kitchen goes through pre filter then 1micron carbon filter and then through the 'Grander' unit.
The Grander process changes the inner structure of water, returning the water molecules to a highly ordered state making it more stable. Revitalising water to its natural state results in reduced surface tension, greater dissolving power and maintained availability of dissolved oxygen. This means that Grander energised water has an increased amount of oxygen, nutrients, and minerals that are available to the body, and these are more effectively transported into the body's cells.
